Chris Brown & Bow Wow Partying at Mansion

The 22-year old, along with his buddies and fellow good influences Chris Brown and Akon, almost had an altercation in Miami when a valet hesitated to give the rapper his keys.

And rightfully so -- the "Shortie Like Mine" singer had announced his level of intoxication via his Twitter page just moments beofre.

"I'm bout to be f---ed up n drunk tweeting. I'm saying sorry now for what i might tweet. But f--k it! Im young rich im going hard 2nite," he posted. Before long, he tweeted: " Face numb im whippin the lambo. Tipsy as f---"

But apparently drunk tweeting didn't fall in that category -- and the buddies continued their night with an entourage of 25 at club Mansion down the street.
